Why all-weather tyres are perfect for a big part of Central Europe

The concept of all-weather tyres is that you have a set of tyres that can handle any type of weather. So regardless if you have snowy winter roads or dry summer ones, you can manage with the same set of tyres. When it comes winter tyres, the tread can be optimized for snow, ice and slush. You can introduce studs or include cryo-crystals into the tread to improve the grip on slippery surfaces. This is why you will get better performance from them, but it does require that you have the tyres mounted before the weather changes.

If you have long winters, a change to dedicated winter tyres is warranted and guarantees better safety, however, most parts of Central Europe have only limited winter weather and you have some years with almost no winter weather, here the all-weather tyres offer great safety for the changing weather conditions.
